MasterDie drawing tool by Ceratizit: even more efficient

Faster and more efficient metal working with the new MasterDie drawing tool by Ceratizit: a new highly performing tool that couples the high quality of Ceratizit carbide with the flexibility of an innovative design. Several are the advantages offered: increase of the drawing speed, reduction of the tool wear, optimization of the tool magazine. The design of the MasterDie drawing tool is innovative: it is an interchangeable tool composed by a carbide core coated by a special CVD coating, called MasterDie-CVD, developed by Ceratizit with the target of optimizing the tool life for the steel drawing (automatic steels, carbon steels, stainless steels etc). The tool is mounted with interference inside a high-strength steel ring. The external assembly and the threaded ring are parts that can be reused. The interchangeable tool is positioned inside the assembly and is fixed by the threaded ring. It can be easily removed by the customer and replaced with a new one. Each external assembly and each threaded ring can be used to mount any interchangeable MasterDie tool with the same FORM.
